The pair of thieves were seen using a moped with no number plates to push another bike away from the area they stole it.
The bike had an alarm which was going off but this did not stop the thieves.
They are seen ripping out the alarm wires, kicking it on the ground and then disappearing in to the distance.
A photographer witnessed the scene near Primrose Hil l, North London, Friday at 2pm.
One of the thieves keeps a lookout while his colleague tears off the bike's immobilizer

The man, who asked not to be named, said: 'I drove past in my car and I saw them pushing the bike along with the demobilizer alarm going off.
'The bike wasn't working at all, they'd broken the steering lock and couldn't pick up enough.
'I've seen it quite often on the road, I'm not too shocked.'
