Two teenagers have escaped an early death after the car the pair were travelling in flipped multiple times through the air when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
Police believe the driver was drifting at Hoppers Crossing in the moments leading up to the horrific crash on Easter Sunday.
CCTV footage shows the vehicle sliding around a bend on the Melbourne street before losing traction and flying through the air.

CCTV footage shows the vehicle sliding around a bend before losing traction and becoming airborne
The car flips multiple times while airborne before tumbling to the ground and finally coming to a stop on the vehicle's roof.
A tire can be seen rolling away shortly after the death-defying incident as smoke escapes the vehicle with no signs of movement from the two passengers inside the vehicle.
Acting Sergeant Marcus Owen said he was 'flabbergasted' over the incident.
'If you act crazy on the road, that's what's going to happen,' he told 9News[4].
The 20-year-old driver from Wyndham Vale was carrying a 15-year-old girl in the passenger seat.

Both survived the crash with no psychical injuries.
Local worker Matt Smith said the youth was 'irresponsible' - especially as he was carrying a young girl in the car.
Sergeant Marcus Owen said it could easily have been so much worse.
The driver reportedly told police after the accident that he wasn't sure how he lost control of the vehicle, however CCTV footage indicates the car was drifting.

'It's what we would clasify as hoon behaviour just on that point alone. It just brings it to the forefront what sort of people are driving on our roads,' Sergeant Owen said.
The driver approached a curve in the road when he lost control and mounted the kerb and the guide-wire to a nearby power pole.
Police say they will formally interview the driver this week and it is likely he will be charged with a string of traffic charges.
